How do I check my order status?

Order status may be checked by contacting us. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.


How do I order electronic items? I.e. motors, sensors, etc.

If you cannot find what you are looking for on our shopping cart, please contact us by email. To save time, please be prepared with the model number of your part. For motors and sensor, please provide a complete model number labeled on the part. It is important for you to provide the voltage of the motor to ensure we deliver the right part to you.


Can I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled. Contact us for more details.


How to return an item?

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
